  • What are your opening hours?

    Wednesday: 5pm – 12am 

    Thursday: 5pm – 1am 

    Friday: 5pm – 3am 

    Saturday: 12pm – 3am 

    Sunday: Closed 

    Keep an eye on our Events Calendar for any special openings or bank holiday parties. 

  • Where is TBC?

    Find us at 100-106 Leonard Street, Shoreditch, London EC2A 4RH – a quick 5-minute walk from Old Street Station (Northern Line) and close to Shoreditch High Street Overground. 

    Closest stations? 

    Old Street (Northern Line): 5 mins walk 

    Shoreditch High Street (Overground): 8 mins 

    Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan): 12 mins 

  • Do I need to book?

    Walk-ins are welcome, but we definitely recommend booking for big groups, Friday/Saturday nights, or vinyl nights (they get busy).  Reserve via our booking page or email manager@wearetbc.com

  • Do you serve food?

    Yes. Our kitchen is run by a single guest food vendor, serving their own menu of daytime plates and late-night bites. The menu drops soon – watch our Food & Drink page or Instagram @thebookclubec2 for updates. 

  • What’s on at TBC?

    We’re known for our vinyl nights, late-night DJs, great cocktails, and something here

  • Do you charge entry?

    Our bar is free entry however, we sometime charge for The Basement Club.

    Weeknights? Mostly free. 

    Late-night parties? Usually £5–£15 – check the event page. 

  • Can I hire TBC?

    Yes. Our two-level space can host anything from birthday drinks to full-blown brand launchesand corporate parties – capacity for 10 to 400 guests

  • Is the venue accessible?

    We have a wheelchair ramp for main bar access with a larger toilet on that floor. Although we don’t have a lift to our basement, our team are more than happy to assist you downstairs.
